I like it, it would be awesome to make it playable in Modern, but there are so many great cards that are Legacy!

You don't trigger cypher, you put them in your graveyard and pull them back out with Mnemonic Wall

You need Pithing Needle to put a stop to the Planeswalkers, but make them sideboard material.

The new changes I put in place helped a ton. Lost 2 matches, but went 12-2-0 in standard format matches.

So it, didn't stall out, but is missing a punch.

Yes it is, but this isn't about speed, it's about the win! Once Purphoros and Elspeth hit the board it's game over.
