Zendikar/Magosi FAQ: If you somehow activate Magosi's third and fourth abilities during the same turn, the effects will cancel each other out. The turn you skip is the next one you would take, which is the turn created by Magosi's fourth ability. It doesn't matter in which order the abilities resolved.

@unkownhunter763 As the others said, enchant won't work on Progenitus but the Clone would. From the Clone FAQ: Clone is not targeted, so it can copy an untargetable creature or a creature with Protection.

Relentless Rats without Thrumming Stone?
Night's Whisper for card draw. I'd cut Door of Destinies. Take a look at my Dauthi Deck.
I guess Whipersilk Cloak is not an option here, so maybe Dauthi Embrace or Jhessian Balmgiver.
I doubted it but it's true. -1/-1 and +1/+1 counters cancel each other out.
Why doesn't Redcap have a -1/-1 counter after being brought back with persist?
I like Door to Nothingness and it's difficult to build a good deck with it. I see the idea behind Prismatic Omen and the Lens but I'm not sure, if it works that good. With Prismatic Omen all lands will have all basic land types but the card name (which the lens is referring to) will still be Forest or Swamp. So you would need 4 or 5 of the imprinted lands and not any combination of lands.
You could add Forbidden Orchard to give your opponent more creatures for Defense of the Heart. Avatar of Might or Inkwell Laeviathan could be of interest, too.
My suggestions would be Crumbling Ashes and/or Blowfly Infestation (that's a matter of taste, though). Flamekin Harbinger and Manaforge Cinders are nice 1st round drops. And Blightning is nice in any R/B deck. Oh, and I'd cut the Quietus Spikes.
If you want to keep green you can try the following: Gilder Bairn + Presence of Gond + Ahsnods Altar. Tap Gilder Bairn with Presence, get token. Sac token to Altar, get 2 mana. Use to untap Gilder Bairn, repeat as long as you have mana left.
It's a fun idea but I'm afraid it doesn't work since Apathy says "at the beginning of your upkeep" so it won't result in an infinite combo. At the beginning of the upkeep is a triggered ability. It triggers only once! Other sources on the net also say that you can only discard one card to Apathy.
You could add Silent Arbiter for additional defense and maybe Gilder Bairn, which can double the charge counters (but would be more effective with a blue splash and some way to tap/untap it).
Why the Nezumi? Get Dark Ritual instead. I would also replace the not so good Dauthi with pump spells (Unholy Strength, Edge of the Divinity). Take a look at my Dauthi deck, which works very well.
Since March of the Machines is your only way to turn your arttifacts into creatures you shoud add Tezzeret the Seeker as a backup. And maybe some stuff that makes artifacts even cheaper to play like Cloud Key or Etherium Sculptor or Vedalken Engineer. But even then it's slow and vulnerable against more sophisticated decks.
Maybe add Raking Canopy against flyers.
Try Ohran Viper or Mire Boa and get Sosukes Summons up to 4. Okina, Temple to Grandfathers might be good for you legendaries.
Oh, wow, another Relentless Rat deck...well, add Thrumming Stone and take a look at the other decks on the site.
