A causal deck using charge counter artifacts. Not liking it at all so far. Might change it around til it works for me. Might toss it all together. Idea on how to make it suck less would be cool.
Get the reactor out and defend yourself with the bridge or ramp up and smash them with emrakul before they even know what hit them. If upu wanna play for serious just go ahead and drop the reactor and the hatchery for some fireball or banefire to take full advantage of the ramping power.

Card is expensive...but if you are running an all artifact deck you need to add Tolarian Academy. 4 Seat of the Synod would help too.And Ensnaring Bridge is fun!!! I run them in my discard decks. You force an opponent to discard all of their cards, cast Ensnaring Bridge, and then since they have no cards none of their creatures can attack.

I just play tested it for the first time and I've found the locus ramp like crazy but tolrain academy would be nice in a perfect world but I think its a limited card so could only have one or my deck would be banned in every format. I'm thinking of ditching the Sol ring to make this less intimidating for my friends since its only allowed as a one of and I would rather not have something that powerful in the deck. The bulk of my decks are meant to be playful since I'm much more experienced than my friends at playing but it makes me smile when they get all excited when they win :) I'm trying to give them a chance. This deck is another deck I run that allows them that chance. However your seggestiona are very good as I am a big fan of the academy and artifact lands especially when they are together.
However with recent improvements in their playing and deck quality it has forced me to tighten the noose slightly.
Tested it against several friends and it took out the bulk of them. It quickly dropped into emrakul and removed a player. However without the fireball the game was forfeit to another player that I didn't hit with emrakul
After much fiddling with it. This is the shape the deck seems to be heading towards. Its still rather fun to play and It consistently drops emrakul fast and uses the towers quickly which have added some fortitude to the deck. The tower of fortunes added a lot of consistency
