I love this idea! I think running Gideon in this deck would be a nice touch. Also running just one of Touch of the Eternal would have people being like "...what's that card say again??"

I think Lightning Maulers would work better in place of Hamlet Captain. Great deck!
If you are needing a card draw mechanic. Check out Altar's Reap. Sac a creature to draw two cards. That will work good for you considering you are running Gravecrawlers and Blood Artists. Also maybe drop a butcher ghoul and a Falkenrath Noble to put in Desecration Demon. That would definitely put people in a bad position on whether or not to sacrifice a creature to tap him. I have a W/U/B deck I am working on that utilizes Blood Artist. Check it out and let me know what you think. ^^ Deck link: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=416246
Oh and Unruly Mob could benefit nicely from Thathcer Revolt as well.
I have been wanting to build a deck like this for quite some time. I assume you are wanting to stay on a budget, though I can't help but mention that Champion of the Parish would thrive in this deck. Also bringing in Burn at the stake into deck instead of the sideboard. Using battle hymn and even Infernal Plunge would be good ways to get the mana you need rather quickly. Also, Cloudshift the Malcontents, that could prove to be devastating as well. I really love the deck!
You make very little use of green source spells (Vraska being the only one). She honestly hardly seems worth having in the deck all together, though i do see a nice pattern in creature/permanent removal using Vraska, Desecration Demon, and Liliana. I really am a fan of Geralf's Messenger in a deck like this though. Direct life point damage is always a plus in my book. I still think it may be worth switching out to a red or blue source for to maximize your discard potential. Check out my Discard deck if you have a chance! I really like the build. I would probably drop it down to 2 sphere of safety in favor of two D-spheres. We have a similar idea going, but mine is extremely enchantment heavy. I should probably look into bringing sorcery/instants into my build. Check out my deck if you have a minute. Deck link: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=412731
