Deck Description

Peasant Dual Color Decks makes a return with the Blue & Green deck! The theme for UG normally with me revolves around bounce and +1/+1 counters, and it shines in this deck. It's a bit slow for peasant, but it works! As usual, you can only have 5 uncommons in peasant, and this time it's Froglings, Charms, and a Novijen, to keep things interesting. Enjoy!

How to Play

+1/+1 Counters can get really hard to handle when done properly. If you give an Eager Cadget some +1/+1 counters, it won't really make a difference. But, if a Triton Shorestalker starts getting those counters, the race to stop a massive threat begins. Most of your creatures a built to either get big and nasty or help make your deck big and nasty, so your best bet is to try to set up on turn 1 to begin growing your winning beatstick. Even if you have to mulligan until you get a threat and a grow card, it's always worth it. Then, just keep the threat alive long enough to crush a life total! Simic Charm, Unsummon, and Terrifying Presence are perfect insurance cards for this cause, and can mean the difference between victory and defeat. If you lose your threat, you can recover, don't worry, but it might require some thinking on your feet. But if your playing Green and Blue, creating a new monstrosity quick should be no problem!
