Bounce decks are some of the most interesting decks to build. You have so many different ways you can go with the bounce strategy that it's slowly becoming on of my favorite decks to build! This time, I wanted to create a budget deck with an interesting twist on it, a +1/+1 counter deck that really symbolized what Green and Blue is all about: progression and growth. Enjoy!
Their are a few cards in this deck that are pretty important to your win. All together, they create an almost unstoppable combo. The cards that make the deck are Ivy Lane Denizen, Roaring Primadox, and Elusive Erasis. The Krasis is a 0/4 3cmc unblockable creature with Evolve, meaning when a creature with more power enters the battlefield, he gets a =1/+1 counter. Ivy Lane Denizen puts a +1/+1 counter on a creature when another green creature enters play. Roaring Primadox forces you to bounce a creature to your hand at the beginning of your upkeep. So, how do these three create the deck? Allow me to explain. Primadox forces the bounce, and almost every creature in your deck adds a +1/+1 counter to something when it enters play. Since most of your creatures are green as well, Denizen puts an additional +1/+1 counter on them. So by themselves, primadox and Denizen can create giants in seconds by bouncing a few measly chumps. In other words, every turn, your creatures get progressively bigger and bigger until your opponent can't handle them!Elusive Krasis is your trump card however. Being unblockable is one thing, but being 4 toughness means cards like Lightning Bolt and Anger of the Gods can't stop him! Adding unblockable to the mix just creates a mutant so powerful that it's just a matter of time before you win!
