A budget Samurai deck is an idea i have toyed with for a while, constantly creating, deleting, and remaking it. After a while, I forced myself to try and stick with a legends deck. But, how can you help make 15 legends stay on the board? After a bit of research and tinkering, this was born. Enjoy!
This deck wins by numbers. The objective is to assemble enough samurai to wipe out the opposition and maintain all of your special effects. Most of your legends give a boost to your samurais in one way or another, like Kentaro, the Smiling Cat, who makes it easier to play your creatures, or Nagao, Bound by Honor, who increases all samurai's stats when he attacks. Most of the time, this means sitting a few turns, which you should be comfortable with due to your samurai. To help keep the board in your favor, use Reciprocate to eliminate threats and Time of Need to put a Legend to your hand. The most surprising card in your deck, however, is Mirror Gallery, which gets rid of the legend rule, enabling you to have multiple of the same legends on the field!! Just remember to stay true to bushido to find the path to victory

A samurai deck without Godo!? I would include at least 1 as a kind of "chef" guy. And a single Godo's Maul of course.
