Tormod, the Desecrator is a fascinating commander that I've seen paired a few times, but it's so commonly done with zombies that I found myself believing it was the only way to run him. Then, inspiration struck as I read another commander he can be paired with. Introducing Tormod's latest invention: an Artifact Recycling Center.
Mill artifacts into grave. Cast Tormod & Silas Renn. Get Renn in, then cast artifact from Grave. Tormod gives Zombie. Continue to put artifacts in and out of grave, spamming Zombies. (And Bats with Desecrated Tomb.) Proceed to swarm the board with zombies. Or even Thopters, with your enchantments. Or hilariously and constantly sustain your life by sacrificing Bottle Gnomes and using Renn to grab them back. Or.....there's always the Tormod's Artifact Recycling Center special......TORMOD'S SUPER FUN RECYCLING COMBO:Cast Time Sieve. Cast Marionette Master/ Syr Konrad Cast Thopter Assembly, bouncing itself for 5 thopter tokens. Sacrifice the thopter to Sieve for an extra turn. End turn. Recast Thopter Assembly. Bounce for 5 thopters.......then watch as everyone dies to your infinite turn loop.

Reassembling skeleton so you can get zombies with Tormod?

I considered it heavily, but I personally feel like our absurd amount of artifact recursion and our heavy artifact theme really wants us to hit artifacts. Plus, we have Narfi, who buffs them anyways.
