Do you want to play Commander without spending hundreds? Do you like aristocrat style decks? Are you interested in alternative win conditions that involve you literally just owning a creature? Do you look for an excuse to use Bonehoard and Nighthowler? Do you want a budget deck you can easily power up and upgrade? Do you like having plenty of ways to deal with threatening cards? Do you like Strionic Resonator? Then, allow Sarevok to introduce himself. He's a knight that has a mere presence that brings doom to his foes. How? I dunno, but this description is getting a bit long, so let's hop into the deck.
Sarevok is an interesting Commander because he himself is a built in win-con. As long as nothing leaves the battlefield, he deals damage to the player whose turn just ended. Combine this with Raised by Giants, and you have a rather fast clock.Unfortunately, since we are trying to play on a budget, we miss out on a lot of powerful cards. We have plenty of sacrifice outlets, and cards that remove themselves from the field so we miss out on Sarevok's wrath. We also bring token generation to keep Sarevok satisfied and blockers up in case things go south. Fortunately, Sarevok doesn't care what leaves the field, as long as something leaves. This can make it a bit harder to get him going...but that's why we pack in plenty of removal or forced sacrifice effects. Our win-con is pretty much just Sarevok. Strionic Resonator makes his EOT effect more deadly, we have plenty of ways to safeguard him, and wats to buff his power to speed up our clock. We also CAN go wide with tokens, but realistically it's all Sarevok or bust.

Awesome combo but hammer is outside my $ price range for the deck.
