Deck Description

Trying to make a type 2 rakdos aggro/burn deck. I use cards like dreadbore and simple creatures to kill my enemy but if thats not possible i get by combos ready. However i dont think this deck is complete so i think there are cards i could switch out with to make it better while keeping it type 2.

Its a low mana curve while also being quite a cheap deck.

Tell me what you think.

Deck discussion for Rakdos Aggro/Burn?

This is the direction I took it

Pyroconvergence seems a little gimmicky costing 5 to set when really your deck doesn't even want to go that high by the time you play all your spells are gone and its too late

Yeah i was a little iffy with pyroconvergence at first and considering that this deck is ment to kill fast. Thats now always the case tho, so that little extra damage can mean the game considering most of my spells and creatures are dual color.

I took a look at your deck liked it and commented what i would change.

Thanks for the feedback man.

Also considering more than a third of this deck is dual colored and the use of guttersnipe i end up with a great combo, however they are just a part of the deck and not the main theme hince the use of only 2 of each. Im just adding some extra firepower incase of a late game.

Oh also desecration. Demon sucks really anywhere he always looks good but realistically he never seems to cut it same with stab wound it'll never the 2 damage it needs to and I it does they'll drop the creature if its small or keep swinging if its big

What would you replace desecration demon with? I like him considering the fact that he forces the enemy to sac to keep him from attacking giving me more time to win. I know stabwound is not a big used card however it makes for soem great damage if they dont have the cards to get rid of it, and even if they do that destroy enchantment cant be used on my other enchantment.

I like the idea and I think stab wound will play a huge part midgame. I would maybe run atleast one more of these. Maybe think about swaping out a daggerdrome imp for vampire nighthawk. I get your jumping the mana cost up from 2 to 3 but if you take into consideration death touch and it has a bigger toughness you will stall the came more in your favor, gain more life and have a blocker for a longer period of time. Plus it costs just one more mana and it could change the Target of some spot removal saving a more important creature. Just a thought or two. Over all I like the deck I would juat change those two things for right now.

If you get a sec and wouldn't mind checking out my new build I would appreciate it thanks

I couldnt get your like to open so if you could resend i would love to take a look.

I might consider replacing the daggerdomes for the nighthawk, however i am worried about the extra mana it costs. Considering it cost 2 blakc to put out. But ill give it a try thanks!.
