If you are going to take an exact copy of one of Dev's decks at least say it is from his channel, otherwise you risk looking a little bit weird if someone has seen the video.

Also, I’m not sure if you’re new to the game or not, but in a commander deck you can only have once card each

Good lands are commander tower, ancient den, vault of whispers, arcane sanctum, hallowed fountain, fetid pool, irrigated farmland, dark steel citadel, watery grave, godless shrine, academy ruins, glacial fortress, drowned catacomb, temple of the false gods, isolated chapel, buried ruin, azorious chancery, dimir aqueduct, orzhov basilica, and a few other dual lands

First off, mana ramp in these colors is slightly difficult, since unlike green you don’t have many spells which help you put lands directly into play. The major way most esper decks from my knowledge “ramp” is through the assistance of artifact mana rocks

Examples being
1. Sol Ring
2. Gilded Lotus
3. Chromatic Latern (good for “fixing” your mana)
4. Thran dynamo
5. Commanders sphere is decent
6. Mana Vault is nice but expensive
7. Basalt Monolith is decent as well
8. Mox opal (very expensive)
9. Mind stone
10. Thought Vessel
11. Mana Crypt (very very expensive)
12. All the signets for your colors
13. the talismans for your colors
14. Obelisk of Esper

I’m not that knowledgable when it comes to magic, however from the knowledge that I do have the creatures or creature I would put in if you took out the Thermo-Alchemist would be vexing devil (no-one plays this card anymore and it weirds me out), swiftspear as many others have said, If you are thinking of adding a 1 mana creature, and if you end up going with a 2 mana creature I highly agree with ManiacalManiac, and say you should go for young pyromancer.
