The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
This deck, uses blue's evasive creatures to lay a pressure on the opponent. Sleep is used offensively to give your creatures a free run, while Clone and Mind Control are saved to take the opponents strongest creatures and well copy them to double the pain. The Djinn's wishes should be used whenever you have a Clone and/or Mind Control in hand you do not need yet or when you have any spare mana. The deck is built so the Djinn's wishes have no chance of backfiring when they are usable (unless the opponent do not have a creaure in play that is).

Not bad! It seems very quick and effective!

Very nice! I like it a lot :) Check out my Crappy Blue Deck and lemme know what you think about my version of mono-blue :P
I like it. The creatures are pretty fast, annoying, and the damage adds up. I'm guessing sleep is there so you don't leave yourself wide open after a big rush?
Yes, you are correct about the sleep, but also it adds a bonus against other aggro decks by taking a valuable turn of theirs where they cannot attack, so Sleep surely is one of the key cards in the deck.
