It's not bad, I have a version of Exalted as well. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=361672 as for an area wipe I would go with Black Sun or Planar Cleansing but if you run Ajani over vault you could stick with black sun because Ajani can help with Planeswalkers.

Also go with Go for the throat over Doom blade, you are less likely to run into Artifact creatures
