Woah! Best lock-down I've ever seen bro! This might even be more aggravating to play against than land destruction decks. Many props. Many props.

Nice, I'm liking the way this is looking. Could be a real pain in the ass to play against. :P Critiques that I have to offer would include. 1. Dropping Tundra Wolves. 2. Thinning out the mana sources. 38 land is perhaps a tad high when over half of your cards are three mana or less. A lot of the land is utility based, I get that, but you might end up pulling a lot more small utility than game changing lock-down cards, (though I would recommend looking into things like Maze of Ith or Mystifying Maze for added control). 3. Akki Underminer can't be in the deck -doesn't fit the Sen Triplets color scheme. 4. A minor note, Weathered Wayfarer is basically Land Tax that is easier to kill, doesn't function as hard and costs mana to continually use. I would consider the upgrade. 5. If you have white and blue at your disposal, consider things like Propaganda and/or Ghostly Prison. You only have 14 potential blockers, so this may come in handy -so would Ensnaring Bridge now that I think about it, though that depends on if you plan to win by attacking or if you have a combo tucked away. 6. Because you have so many low cost spells, consider adding an Isochron Scepter. There's nothing that says DICK like throwing down an Isochron Scepter with a Boomerang on it turn two and locking your opponent down to only being able to play 2 land the entire game. Also works well with counterspells, tutors and removal. There are a couple other tweaks I might suggest, but we can talk about it at work.
Ahh, good call on Triumph of Ferocity. Yeah, I'd say go with those over the mentors. It would still be beneficial, I think, to get some Oblivion Rings in there so that you have more control over what is on the board, but usually with all the buffs you have going on you shouldn't have any difficulty keeping your humans as the top power creatures on the battlefield and thus netting you an extra draw per turn. All in all it looks pretty good. Keep it up.
I'd drop Gather the Townsfolk for something more versatile, probably Oblivion Rings. Maybe try to squeeze in another Gavony Township so you have a chance of seeing them. I'd spring for Elite Vanguards over Nightshade Peddlers, but I see their value. Angel of Jubilation also caught my eye as a possible drop, but the buff she gives is pretty sweet. Still, you might be served better by a Mentor of the Meek to gain earlier card advantage with all your creatures.
Hamlet Captain and the Mayor are the added support. O-rings, Bonds, Lawkeepers and Fiend hunters are to clear the way for attackers and to finish the game fast and early. No dual lands because I don't feel like dropping $20+ on lands before I get everything else assembled and can play test it a bit. (I have 3 Champions and 3 Mirran Crusaders in the mail, can't truly test the deck till' they get here). But I do plan to add the dual lands down the road if the deck plays well.
