This is my first deck entry on this website. All of the cards are Standard. Im having some trouble determining which cards I want to keep between the actual deck and side board.. The big combo will consist of Traumatize/Haunting Echos.. The clean up would normally be Tome Scour which can be Twin Cast. I have Liliana in there at the moment because I got her for free. Im going to switch her out with Jace soon though.

Gellatong is a nice guy and will rebuild your decks, which is a great way to get some fresh ideas on how to accomplish whatever win condition you are going for. You also may want to gain perspective by looking at other U/B mill decks. If you are interested I created one recently that I have been playing a lot. I have found that it poops in people's tubas for the most part :) http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=26820
Not a bad attempt for your first try but here are some things you may want to look at: 1.) Permanents (Creatures Mostly): If you are using this kind of deck, you don't want to use ANY creatures, to render your opponents creature control useless. Lilliana? Ehh. I will admit that its better than Jace because of the search ability, which you will pull faster than Jace's Mill, but it is also a little heavy on the mana. 2.) Your Control: Using Countersquall in a Mill deck is so increadably pointless that is is realy hard to even fathom its uselessness when you have Negate. Twincast should be needed to do anything. Consume spirit isn't good to hurt anything, expectialy because you are playing 2 colors. I would replace Doom Blade with Executioner's Capsule, because a lot of decks have countering later game, and if you get that down turn 1, you can pop it any time. Try Infest to get rid of most problems. You expecialy need more counters like Cancel, or Cryptic Command, or Broken Ambitions, or something else. 3.) Your kill: Tome Scour is ONLY your finisher. Use it after you have used Traumatize and then Haunting Echoes. Mind funeral isn't needed when you are running 4 Traumatize and 4 Haunting Echoes. 4.) Sideboard: UUHHHHGG! Honestly, when you make a sideboard you have to consider what kind of deck you would put them in against. You have to be thinking what kinds of decks are people using, and what kinds are competitive. Try Flashfreeze. 5.) Mana: Your mana is increadably bad. And when you are using a slow deck, try about 24 Lands. Reflecting Pool, Drowned Catacombs, and Sunken ruins, then 6 Islands and 6 Swamps. Then, most of the time none will come into play tapped, and you will have more mana available. Please consider all of these tips, and if you need any more help, look at mine; Third page, first deck.
This looks nice. I have only one possible suggestion, which I think you might like if you ever have 6 mana to spend: Put a Keening Stone out there, and tap it after your opponent's been hit with Traumatize. That should mill their entire deck in just one turn.
