Nice deck! I'm just curious about the Jace's Phantasms. Are they only there for an alternete win condition if you happen to beat someone to death with them instead of milling?

It is an alternate win condition but if I only had walls, as said in the reply to Kuv, my opponent could build up more creatures than walls and my walls will be bypassed and I would be defeated easily so they can also be seen as a defense for cutting down my opponents forces.
Doorkeeper isn't worth it in this deck. The three mana you spend on him each turn would be better invested in a Curse of the Bloody Tome (a true allstar from my experience with milling decks) or on your sands of delirium. And if you do keep him, switch out jace's phantasm for fog bank just to have another defender. Kraken hatchling is another consideration too as its a great one drop to front up against aggressive decks (all those little hits in the beginning of a game really wear on you in the late game when you have your mil engine up).
Doorkeeper is there as a defender and secondary as a mill until I get a Sands. Curse of Bloody Tome wasn't something I felt that would be as effective. It also drops the total creature count if I drop the doorkeepers. Not only is Doorkeeper a miller but also a 4-toughness defender who can block an attack against Jace. Fog bank was a good consideration but black and red have burn and -s that could easily handle a 2-toughness wall. I did consider `Ludevic's Test Subject` but decided against it for several reasons... By the time I would flip it, the opponent would probably have defeated me or have been waiting me to waste my mana on trying to change it. The great thing about Jace's Phantasm is that it's a triggered effect to be a 5/5. It also has the benefits of attacking if need be. Another consideration for a possible replacement that I consider is Angelic wall(1W) 0/4 Defender Flying. It has a low cost so it could be useful but my problem with replacing the Phantasm's and being a full-defender deck is that I can't kill the attackers so once my opponent reaches a certain amount of creatures, they'll swing by the sides of the walls. Kraken Hatchling is not a Defender. Something to keep in mind is that Supreme Verdict wipes my creatures too. Because it's a mill deck, you may as well call Jace's Phantasm a ([U] 5/5 Flying) card 80% of the time. With it's low cost and 1/4 an opponent normal life and the dual-lands that come in untapped for 2 life, it's effectiveness for both defense and offense is too important. I can see side decking for Angelic Wall once you deem the damage from Jace's Phantasm unneeded for the second and third matches.
I guess u could use Wall of Frost instead of Hhover barrier, same mana cost but the blocked creature doesnt untap the next turn...but cant block flying.. Well, just an option
You do realize this is a Standard T2 deck and that Wall of Frost hasn't been standard for a while, last printed in `Magic 2011`. If I wanted to build a mill deck for Extended, I'd use UW or UG allies... UG would work fast but UW doesn't just give me mill but life gain, powerful attackers, draw power, and with some Legendary Eldrazi, anti-mill. You would then need `Leyline of the Void` to convert cards to Exiling before the hitting the graveyard effects take place.
