Try Fling. Two Flinged Nova Chasers and game over. Grinning Ignus works great for mana acceleration. It's a 2/2 elemental that you can return to your hand for extra mana in a pinch.

Consider Grinning Ignus for mana acceleration. If you can, add another Nova Chaser and another Flamekin Harbinger to really blitz opponent. Also take a look at Heartlash Cinder. It's power goes up based on the number of mountains you have in play plus it has haste. Soulbright Flamekin gives your creatures haste. This is especially good with Nova Chaser. Consider Fling. Fling compliments Nova Chaser nicely. In my experience, when I play Nova Chaser it immediately draws too much attention from opponent and rarely survives long because of it's 2 toughness. Just fling a couple of Novas and game over.
Look into Flamekin Harbinger to fetch your elementals. Inner-Flame Acolyte and Incandescent Soulstoke, can give Nova Chaser haste to blitz your opponent with the added bonus that both are creatures. Your spells are good but I'd drop Shock and replace it with 4 Brighthearth Bannerets to make your elemental creatures cost less. Heartlash Cinder would work well here.
