true enough, but the general idea is that with each creature 'feed the pack' eats, you get 4+ wolves (i don't mind them using a shock on that), and it feeds the grime. stalling long enough to get both shouldn't even be all too difficult unless you're facing $200+ decks or something designed to deal with something like this.the reactor and mirror are good... but they don't fit the flavor i was looking for.. (namely using the yoked ox as something more than a random 1 drop blocker)

the feed the pack and gutter grime aren't enough?
http://www.mtgvault.com/cha0tic/decks/yoked-ox-challenger/huzzah! with the yoked ox, and high toughness cheap creatures galore!
ooh, i don't think i've seen that card before. might be better than the dark prophecies, since it'll allow you to pick something that's been working and get it back.and for cost? i had these lying around, actually. you can probably sub deathrite shaman with tormented hero, but doing so would give up some of your anti-whip and control punishing powers. not to mention it'd be ugly since you'd never be able to activate his heroic with this deck. although, he does~ have a bit more hitting power, so it could see some success.
do you really need blue, or is it part of the gimmick? i feel like you could put in favored hoplite as a 1 drop instead of the galerider, and then replace the opportunity with... dare i say 'anger of the gods' for the immortal servitude/purphoros finisher? (or something less awe inspiring weird)
i keep thinking garruk, caller of beasts would be good in this deck. you can -3 to lay down a progenitor mimic, or +1 to try to stack your hand with more creatures
i have a similar deck, myself. i was looking at yours to steal some ideas for future revisions. what's your plan for when your deck 'runs out of gas?' towards the mid game?http://www.mtgvault.com/cha0tic/decks/kalonian-ooze-of-thune/
rancor's going away, i believe. may be time for selesnya charms?
if anyone has any suggestions, feel free to post!
