love the original Marchesa, i made a deck around her on a budget when i pulled one in a Conspiracy draft but it ended up out-performing my established decks. some of these you'll no doubt have considered already but cards that have done well for me that aren't on your list are... Dragon Blood, Unspeakable Symbol, Riptide Laboratory, Simic Fluxmage, Sage of Fables, Sapphire Drake, Oona's Blackguard, Flayer of the Hatebound. maybe some of them will work for you, have fun :)

i've played a 3 colour Restore Balance deck for a while (Jund colours) and have done ok with it, mine is a lil heavier on Borderposts than your list tho, if i was going to suggest anything you HAVE to take Surgical Extraction out of the sideboard, cascading into that would be backbreaking.

Metalwork Colossus and Yahenni's Expertise have been awesome editions from the new set. if you have 3 borderposts in play the Colossus costs 2 mana for a 10/10, if you have 4 Borderposts in play then its free. play a free 10/10 right after wiping all your opponents lands and they often just scoop :) Yahenni's has allowed running 4 copies of Restore Balance again instead of the 3 copies most people used to run. double duty as a sweeper too. Have never tried Chandra but seems like it'd be strong, was never impressed with Ajani when i tried it but your experience might be different.

Athreos could be an option maybe? wouldn't hurt with Kami if you went down that route with the deck, plus the devotion wouldn't be hard to hit

love Allies, Cloudshift does a lot of work, especially with an Evangel in play, 1-mana counter to removal or alpha strike :)

can't play Gilder Bairn in Doran due to the blue symbols, shame as it woulda been nice... and.. uhm... Ugin? O.o

Tower Defense is a great combat trick in Doran decks.

because one of your tokens would be able to attack, and then be available to block two of your opponents creatures?

everyone has their own style i suppose, personally i'd trade out Vorapede for Dictate of Erebos, but i also love using Power Conduit to transfer counters onto Ferropede. Give your list a few tries and if it wins don't change it :)

Power Conduit, Hex Parasite and Ferropede work well to remove the counters from your creatures to 'reset' the undying ability. Gutter Grime and Dictate of Erebos can dominate in Undying decks, Deathgreeter and Bone Splinters are awesome too.

Bifurcate and Pack Hunt could work

you can.. but it would only count as one of the three for the Heralds, you do get to choose which color you need it to be tho

Spellskite is great here, can't find room for Krovikan Mist or Phantom Warrior? I play Muddle the Mixture as a counterspell in mine as it can also be used to tutor Lord of the Unreal (or in my case Diplomatic Immunity too, as i use that on the Lord so none of my creatures can be targetted for the rest of the game)

i'm not sure i could squeeze in two creatures without exalted but i like it the idea, definitely an option, thanks :)

Dueling Grounds is perfect for G/W Exalted.
