Jeskai Ascendancy is totally necessary for prowess abilitys, to double it's efficience. You should consider Anax and Cymede. 2 copies of Phalanx Leader may fix here too.Imagine the situation:You have Monastery Swiftspear, Seeker of the Way and Phalanx Leader and Jeskai Ascendancy under your control. With a single Defiant Strike you play on Phalanx Leader, Monastery Swiftspear and Seeker of the Way will gain +3/+3 (+1/+1 from Phalanx Heroic counter, +1/+1 from Jeskai Ascendany and +1/+1/ from Prowess), and Phalanx Leader will gain +2/+2. And you can do this at Turn 3. At turn 4, you can play a Anax and Cymede to do the same, but if you have Coordinated Assault, you can give +5/+5 and trample for Seeker of the Way and Monastery Swiftspear. Quite powerful. Other spell that may fix here is ride down, to avoid a good blocker and do some damage right on your enemy's eye. :D

Sorry, forget about the suggestion of Jeskai Ascendancy, it's already there. >.<
Heh, yeah Ascendancy is a MUST for sure. I have crippling chill/triton in the sideboard to deal with pesky blockers, they're a bit more versatile then ride down, but less permanent. If I was going to put ride down in the MB or SB, what would you replace? Also, Phalanx leader is a great idea, he could do some serious work, how do you think I should make room for that? Maybe 1x seeker and 1x mantis? for 2x phalanx?
Triton tactics doesn't work attacking, it only works for creatures blocked, creatures blocking don't cause to tap and doesn't untap during the next untap step. Cripping chill is a good option, but it's important to see it's cost. But the draw is important. You have to test both. The advantage of Ride Down is to destroy a good blocker, instead of only tap it.About the creatures, I think both Monastery Swiftspear and Seeker of the way, are the best Prowess creatures we have. Jeskai windscout has a very low body and Dragon-Style Twins is too expensive. But we have to test them all. Mantis Rider is very nice, very useful on the field.I really preffer the low cost creatures, I think you can have a better advantage of them, even because it's a strategy made for tricks (thanks to Jeskai Ascendancy), and no one will fight a 3/3 Double strike thinking it'll be easy to win.I really like Anax and Cymede with prowess abilities. It's like a Jeskai ascendancy, when you play a noncreature spell, all your creatures get +1/+1 until end of turn, plus a trample (awesome). You just need to give target to Anax.My base creatures probably would be:4x Monastery Swiftspear4x Seeker of the Way2x Phaland Leader2x Anax and Cymede2x Mantis Rider2x Jeskai WindscoutAnd would keep 2 spaces to try other creatures. 16 creatures is enough, but we need to test Dragon-Style Twins, one more Anax and one more Mantis to see how much we need them and if they'll be efficient with 3 copies. And about the tricks, Coordinated Assault, for me, is the best with prowess. Because it'll give +1/+0 and First Strike for 2 creatures, Plus +1/+1 for Prowess Creatures, for only R. Wich means, Coordinated Assault turns a Seeker of the way into a 4/3 lifelink first strike creature and Monastery Swiftspear into a 3/3 haste first strike creature. And its a nice tool to active some heroics and better, work with another instant or keep mana saved for other situations.
