Deck discussion for All My Friends are Dead

Glad I took a look at your deck. I'm trying to throw together a red/black EDH deck. for sure gonna throw in stigma lasher into it. If you could take a look at it and give me some suggestions that would be great. I need some ways too speed it up and lower the mana cost.

well, if you wanna make an endgame scenario, you should add Sanguine Bond in there to go with that Exquisite Blood. also, if you want to have a fun little cycle of stealing creatures and doing damage by doing so, add Grave Betrayal and Warstorm Surge.

I had sanguine bond in there before but it's not good enough standalone. I never really had a problem closing out games since I always have tons of mana to dump into Rakdos Return or Exsanguinate or I just swing with unblockable Master of Cruelties with my commander out. I'm definitely looking into adding Grave Betrayal though. It looks like a fun addition. Death Pits of Rath also might see play in this deck but I still haven't decided on it. Thanks for the suggestions!
