Deck discussion for Where stalks the Scarecrow....

I really like what you've done with an est. $32!

Maybe sideboard Whichbane Orb? I'm not sure (and it's up to you), but it would free up a spot some something else.

Just think, "If my opponent doesn't have any cards that target me, or at least nothing serious, what would I put in instead? And if they do, I'll just cycle my sideboard in."

thanks!! and i was considering moving the orb and put a lantern in its spot but as something i can change out depending on the type of deck i encounter.

I also have an idea and would love an opinion on it how about running dark steel forge, and maybe supreme verdict (sideboarding the lantern, and putting thirst for knowledge and agrivian restoration at 3) so the reaper king wont have to focus on destoring creatures but instead destroy lands, planeswalkers and such?

It's not a bad idea. I think the main consideration would be the speed of the deck; I think Darksteel Forge strategy would come to fruition a little slower. It's just weighing your options though I suppose.
