This is my attempt at making the most budget-friendly legacy 12 post deck that I could manage. I play G/R Tron in modern and absolutely love it, so if I were to build a competitive legacy deck, 12 post is the next best thing to modern Tron. However, not everyone can fork over the absurd amount of money needed for chalice of the void, candelabra of tawnos, grim monolith, city of traitors, ancient tomb, etc. This is as close as I could get it to be as budget-friendly as possible while still keeping it fairly competitive. I imagine getting a turn 3/4 Ugin out or turn 4/5 Ulamog is definitely possible with this deck. Please feel free to leave comments or suggestions greatly appreciated! Any other budget colorless/mana ramp cards you think might fit in this deck feel free to share.

You can do colorless if you want. But Primeval Titan is a helluva drug. Also Expedition Map should be a 4 of.You want 4 mainboard Pithing Needles to blindly name wasteland. Wastelands hurt you more than anything else.

I'd love to do primeval titan, but that would require high priced dual lands and fetches like tropical island and misty rainforest. Colorless as far as 12 post is concerned is the more budget option I think. And I included pithing needle in the sideboard, but mainboarding it is debatable...I'd rather have slots open for trinisphere (lot of combo decks in legacy and fast mana) and voltaic key helps you ramp.
Mono green is an option. Besides this is one of the decks that wouldn't mind shock lands. With mono green you get access to crop rotation, exploration, and primetime. The deck doesn't artifact ramp, you have lands that tap for a million mana.
$600! I don't know what "budget" means to people on this site, but $600 is not budget friendly at all
That's actually my biggest peeve with this site. If it's not budget nobody even looks at the deck itself. And this it's budget for this deck. Add 4 tropical island. The price almost triples.
Couch312 is right. menace27 go look at what an "all-in" 12 post deck costs with the tropical islands, candelabra of tawnos, grim monolith, etc. Budget is a relative term. Anything in legacy that is <$1000 bucks is considered budget.
