You should consider Goblin Kaboomist. Minimum it's giving you a free artifact per turn to sac for Rebirth.

You should think about trading some of the high cost cards like Sunbound or Angelic Accord for more 1-drops like Soul Warden. They're great and not that expensive! You should check out my deck too! :)http://www.mtgvault.com/casepimp2/decks/soul-sisters/
That's a good idea, but I'd have to add in the Mycosynth Golems, and they're $11 a piece. I'm trying to keep this as cheap as I can if I'm going to build it. Being poor is no fun when you have hobbies.
Definitely worth looking into! Doesn't look like a bad General for like a token/burn EDH maybe.

This deck seems a bit unfocused, and I'd be a little dubious about Coat of Arms. I love soldiers, I had a deck like this one. But I removed all the token generation in favor of fewer, more powerful creatures with exalted and I really like how it plays. I made a pure soldier token deck list also. Maybe you could comment on them my decks and leave some constructive criticism. This deck revolves around having creatures with defender. So adding Tidewater Minion with it's ability to loose defender doesn't make much sense, I like it's other ability though. And the only reason why I don't use Guard Gomazoa is cause I have Fog Bank, but I do like it.
