Trying to break a card can be fun...(The Thought Gorger is proxy for Phyrexian Obliterator from NPH .) At first i was thinking of using a lure effect to force blocks, but then remembered Predatory urge, and went for a more control oriented build. The list is running 12 cantrip/draw spells. May be too many, but I think I need the draw to get to the combo cards quickly. Maybe include Duress and counter in the sideboard. Built in the Tezz package as he has synergy with the artifact color fixing and draw. Also, without him the deck is a one trick pony. I'm not sure about including the plate or the Vat. They just don't seem right in the build, even though vat always ends up in any black list I put together. 3 Black Sun's also seems to be a little too high. Maybe cut down to 2 main deck with a 3rd in the side. Granted this list is created without knowing what most of the new cards will be. So there very well could be be something new that could prop it up a bit. As is, I would like to take something like this to FNM. Might get a 50/50 result at the end of the night, but worth it just for that 1 game when my draws are what they need to be, my opponent gets that "Oh Sh#t look in their eye, and I give in to the Urge to Obliterate them (Been watching too many LSV videos.) This list is pure speculation, and would appreciate any input my fellow magic players (and the one girl) would have. So please give me your input. The list almost seems almost playable to me, but the more I look at it, the more I feel I'm missing something.
