Why don't people look things up before commenting lol. Actually, the wording on War Report is so clear that you don't even need to look it up...

Rage Extractor always seemed interesting, it just looks like it would be a bit slow to get rolling. Cool idea though!

Wow U/W is still going to dominate standard... Why WOTC, WHY!!

So Snapcaster is great. Three of him to 14 or so targets sounds about right. I'm not sure about the 1 of Cackling Counterpart, though. I know it can net you an extra Titan or Angel, well 2 with Snapcaster, but it just seems like you're never going to pull it.

Have you considered Wurmcoil or Frost Titan in the 6 slot? You should definitely have another bomb. Maybe another Sun Titan. IMO you could probably drop the Overseers (I know they're cool but hear me out!) and drop in another Sun Titan and 1 Frost Titan. I think they would be more useful overall, although a hexproof indestructable beater is pretty sexy.

Anyways, good job! I hope you do well in all of your standard endeavors lol

No problem man, I alway s enjoy looking at your decks! Especially the pricey ones hahah I also like the For Budget section you added at the bottom, I think it would be cool if more people did that when they post expensive decks, it's pretty helpful.
As for this deck, I'll take the $80 one lol (must....save up for....fetch lands....pain lands.....kjlakjdkjkdfj)

This is a delicate balance but you could possibly use Angel's Grace? Or some of those dual cards like Fire/Ice... actually all of your Iso picks are better than the dual cards, although they are extremely versatile. But a few Angel's Graces could save you if you're struggling to get a lock out (probably won't ever happen lol.)
Why only 1 Luminarch Ascension though? Didn't you have a few Tezzy's in here before

It says in the description that he wants to make it Legacy but in his comments it seems like he's trying to keep it standard. I am confused!

If you want to keep it standard, use Aether Figments (since you can't use Phantom Warriors) before they rotate out!! And definitely use Preordains...no less than 4 lol

Wow when I first saw that mana curve I was like no way but it actually plays out! Since you're running mad untap and proliferate type stuff, I totally think you should put in Grindclock as an extra win condition (and pain in the ass), but man I don't know what you should take out. It'd only be really good if you had 4 ofs or at very least 3 of them, but all the 4 ofs you have are pretty crucial to the stategy here.

Turn 3 Karn for the win!!!! The urza's lands make me want to make a colorless deck too lol

Wow so I havent been on the vault for quite some time, and holy crap this deck got some support! I'm actually playing with this one irl (except without the Fetches and Demonics cuz those are super pricey) and it annoys the daylights out of my circle lol. One of my friends even made a half-assed extraction just to take away my Melira, so that's saying something! Congrats and thanks :)

nice this looks looks like it's running reallhy well now. I think I'm going to make a casual version of this for play with friends and use some Harm's ways instead of Inquisitor and Demonic tutors instead of Diabolic. I don't want to change it too much!

No problem I thought those might work out a bit better. These sample hands are pulling so nicely Ive just been sitting here pulling hands for a a few minutes and it seems like the recipe for victory comes very early very often. Those tutors/signs/zeniths really seal the deal

are you relying on your opponent to smack you down that low? It's a decent combo but it is extremely slow and you are at the mercy of someone that can spot remove your vital cards

What about dropping Worldly for Green Sun Zenith, it can grab Melira or Safehold Elite for 3 mana and put it on the battlefield instead of on top of your library!

those Tutors are a no-brainer instead of Diabolic lol I can't believe I didn't even think about that. You might want to put in another Demonic if you have one instead of 1 of those Sign in Blood's but still I mean this thing tears it up now holy $%*& hah

Those 2 extra fetchlands are baller too why not two more Marsh Flats instead of Overgrown Tombs?

I agree even 1 or 2 of them(since he's a 4 drop) would be cool for that guaranteed counter pop at the start of your turn
