It's a running joke. Storm Crow isn't really that good. And yet at the same time Storm Crow can kick Chuck Norris's ass... Also Storm Crow is just a cool name.

Shhhh ... some jokes are ruined by explaining it! Although this has somewhat gone out of hand. Some months ago I sold a foiled 7th edition Storm Crow for 13€ ! I understand the joke but not why anyone would invest 13 bucks on a joke ...

... mabye that's because Storm Crow is strictly better than any non-blue card because it can be pitched to Force of Will! :)
