10/1/2009 Sanguine Bond's ability triggers just once for each life-gaining event, whether it's 1 life from Soul Warden or 8 life from Tendrils of Corruption.
Unfortunately no. I was so happy to see this but then I had to go and look at the ruling on it. :-(

So it could go from sanguine to exquisite and would end.

Of course, it's an infinite combo. They trigger each other until the opponent is dead.
