If I have three oblivion rings under my control doing there infinite loop but I have other noneland permanents can I chose to have them continue to target each other as long as I want? Lets say I also have athrassas devourer in play. Could I chose to let the loop go until my opponent is out of cards then target my thrassas devourer with one of the oblivion rings to Brea the combo?
