Hello new Rakdos Cackler, I thought we were slowing down the format, what are you doing here? Seriously, a 1/2 haste for 1? Even if prowess is one of the weaker mechanics, 3 potential damage in two turns from a single creature is impressive, plus you can still block with this, why you would is a mystery but still. This chick and burn spells are dangerous, instant standard playable.
