This card alongside , Jace's mindseeker (remove 5 cards= 10 damage) tome scour(remove 5 cards= 10 damage) thought scour (remove 2 cards = 4 damage) jace memory adept(remove 1 card= 2 damage, remove 10 cards= 20 damage! or even draw 20 cards+ player will have to remove cards till they have 7 so you could do up to 26 damage!!

Wrong. Mill effects, ie putting cards from the top of the library into the graveyard, do not active this card's ability as the cards are not discarded.

Discard means cards going from the hand to the graveyard.
