This is hands down probably THE best card for a fast mono black aggro deck.

Meh Thoughtseize doesn't work in a true fast black aggro, at least not as a major part. Maybe sideboard, you want to play either Pharika's Chosen or Gnarled Scarhide turn one, and 2 one drops or a Spiteful Returned turn 2. Then pop the Master turn 3. Thoughtseize doesn't have a use until at least turn 6 in that type of black deck but if you did it right there isn't a turn 6.

yea but its always good to see ur opponents hand and to slow them down. because its the luck of the draw

Yeah definitely is good, and if you don't have a one drop creature that is the next best thing since currently there are no standard legal one drop black draw cards.
