I actually don't think so, they wasted so much space and could have printed 10 more dragons. But the saddest thing are the into pack dragons, none of them maybe except the ojutai one are goodmaybe are playable

And that's why this is more of a combo card. Spawn a bunch of goblin tokens, play this, then play Descent of the Dragons to turn all your goblins into dragons and deal a lot of damage with this.
