I don't know. He has only 3 loyalty. His second ability is ueseless if you haven't used the first one prior. And the first one is also useless on it's own. This ruins aggro? An aggro deck will have no problem dispatching this planeswalker with the creaturews he already has in play. And if it survives somehow to use it's second ability you will most likely just get a weenie with abilities and creature types that don't work with your deck. Which essentially means he is just a slower and more expensive Animate Dead that only works on your opponent.

Not convinced.

He is good in multiplayer of course, there you will be guaranteed to get something big out of it.

This card is really strong in the right deck. Just think the deck needs to be a mill deck of sorts. Having other cards besides itself putting stuff into their graveyard. But really like this card
