Yeah...but I'm not sure that boundless realms is the way to go...you are hardly running any basic lands to begin with and it is extraordinarily expensive.

I like this idea, one thought though...a few Overruns and Rancors would take this deck from being a little fun to being Freaking AWESOME!!!
This is already pretty cute...but if you wanted to max out its cuteness, you could add...SHEEP!!!Ovinomancer, Ovinize...etc...
One of my favorite life gain cards that may prove a little helpful in this deck is Gnaw to the Bone. I would at least sideboard it in case you are losing creatures fast.
A few thoughts that may be helpful, I would like to see this deck run at least one or two of each mortivore, and sewer nemesis, both are fantastic black giants that are boosted by graveyards. I would drop both the phyrexian arena and zombie infestation so as to double up on both the black market and the grave pact, or simply triple up on the grave pact. grave pact alone would serve you better than anything. I understand you wanting to include the zombie infestation so as to keep zombies in play for your gravecrawler, however this empties your graveyard which could really hurt you. For zombies a few DIregraf Ghouls/highborn ghouls/Geralf's Messengers would serve you well. or, if you don't mind a high-ish mana cost, Corpse Connoisseur, Mikaeus the Unhallowed would serve this deck extremely well. even endless ranks of the undead or ghoulflesh could be handy.I don't like snuff out seeing as you have no way to regain life...quag sickness is a much better option: does not allow for regeneration, sticks with them if it does not kill them, takes down indestructables and costs less. For the same reason you should drop snuff out, you should drop demon of death's gate. A few other assassiny creatures that could be a major force would be royal assassin and stronghold assassinIn fact, If you would entertain the idea of dropping your liquidmetal coatings and your magus of the abyss, four stronghold assassins would be a dominating force in this deck. I know I gave you a lot to think about, but I really do hope your deck sees some success.
Hey, If you don't care if this is standard, you may want to consider tossing in a few Pulse Trackers and Infectious Horrors. If you do care if this is standard, consider the Cryptborn Horror.
Unless the deck has something to boost zombies, which I'm not seeing, Blistergrub is a much better option than the infectious host, especially in multiplayer
Excellent call on the wasp lancer! I will certainly have to add a few, maybe pull a Nightshade Stinger, and corrosive mentor....the issue I have with Oona's blackguard is that I'm not running very many rogues. peppersmoke would serve this deck excellently, but I'm not sure what I could pull for it without compensating too much. what do you think I could comfortably pull? How well do you think the creature destruction mechanic works between the Blowfly Infestation distributing -1/-1s and the crumbling ashes destroying them?
I wonder how predator ooze would work in this deck, perhaps, if nothing else, as a great blocker
As it stands, this deck would play quite well with my faerie deck in two headed giant...although I have yet to physically build this http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=366077
Wort Boggart Auntie may be a fun addition to this deck
Black Sacrifice deck, modern... Dirt cheap cards, and certainly not perfected yet, but still able to take down some beastly opponents http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=366057
Seeing as this deck is primarily token based, Rolling Thunder would combo well with Battle Hymn, two should be enough
Fish Liver Oil is not terrible if run with Spreading Seas
