The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Why defend when your opponents can never attack
This deck has been a pet project of mine for a while now. Thanks to a helpful comment, this deck centres around ciphering Hands of Binding and Hidden strings onto your unblockable creatures. This is a mono blue deck without the counters. It is filled to the bring with spells that prevent your opponents from attacking. The power is in the early game. From T1 you can bounce creatures, T2 tap creatures T3 completely disable the opponents side of the field. with one Mark of eviction you can consistently keep your opponent behind, and with Wall of Frost will allow you to stay healthy why you whittle down your opponents. If you're able to stay in control and have a few creatures on the field then Arm With AEther will clear their side of the board. Also I like the idea of giving creatures the very real irrational fear of agoraphobia and Claustrophobia.

NOTE: Set by owner when deck was made.
... i drew a couple hands, and heres what im seeing, it seems your whole deck is attempting to do what something like blazing archon does by itself. unfortunately, this means your deck auto loses to tons of decks, namely anything that is not purely creature based.... even single cards like spellskite... one spellskite on the board beats this whole deck 100% of the time..at the very least i would search out beefyier creatures, or maybe a loxodon warhammer type equipment. so that you can bring the pain without having to wait and pray for the 2 total threats you currently run. make those lynx and stalkers work for you.personally i would drop the vast majority of this deck maybe keep the lynxs and the stalkers, hand of binding, and find one or two repeatable sources of creature tapping almost certainly hidden strings (cause i friggin love that card). then i would add black for royal assassin and deathbringer liege. and probably use the rest of the deck to focus on non creature based strategies. i hope this was helpful.
