But that's also a rare and not standard legal, so it doesn't meet his rules for "hyper budget"

Probably the most playable Hyper-Budget, as far as I can tell. Big fan of aggressive weenies. Boros Elite is just... good for this kinda thing.
Seems really fun. Am concerned about the 1-of guildgates, though.
Seems like a fun deck. I like that "annoying" is a tag lol
Oh, wow, that card works really well here.
Sure, I will. This is my pet deck that I use for FNM because Mill is fun and I don't want to spend a lot of money on a deck if I'm not really playing to win.
Because you have a lot of answers.A) Counter their creatures as they summon them with Psychic Strike.B) Lock them down with Claustrophobia.C) Temporary fix, but send them back to the opponent's hand with Disperse (works great for Planeswalkers, too).D) If they're huge, make them tiny and easy to block with Rapid Hybridization. I do believe the tokens get summoning sickness from that, too, which buys you time.I haven't tested this build yet, and I may swap out the Rapid Hybridizations for Frost Breath or Far // Away.
If anyone knows some cheap (in terms of both cash and mana cost) lifegain cards, that would be sweet. I'm talking like 1 or 2 drops that gain 2+ life.
This deck is total theory at the moment but it's also like $15 so who cares
