Modern Simic Deck

Creatures (20)

4x Invisible Stalkers, The main creature card which will become the main threat to your opponent;
For a 2 mana drop it is hardly countered early game, also provided with Unblockable it will make sure to provide you with many deck benefits.
Additionally, it also comes equipped with Hexproof, which will make for a though creature to get rid of once in play;
4x Noble Hierarch, an easy 1 drop which provides you with all the mana benefits, additionally it grants exalted, which will come as a very good blessing for Invisible Stalker;
3x Birds of Paradise, Another simple 1 drop for any colour of your liking. Additionally it also provides you with flying access should you require making some blocks, but also for additional damage, should you seek to do so;
2x AEtherling, extra unblockable power, very flexible and a threat not many can dishout if not countered;
2x Lorescale Coatl, Drawing cards is a thing with this deck, so to ensure you always have some other threats on board, for a 3 mana drop you have a creature which is always growing stronger should it not become quickly disposed of;
2x Wolfir Silverheart, a 5 mana drop which will grant your Invisible stalker a +4/+4, it helps that with the mana ramp this deck has access to, plus the additional card advantage, you should always be able to land an Wolfir Silverheart early game. Keep the threat rolling;
3x Fog Bank, an early defender that will you buy you extra time to draw the cards you need and get them into the battlefield.

Additional Support cards (19)

3x Curiosity, Making sure that no direct attack from an Invisible Stalker goes to waste;
4x Rancor, Grants your creatures Trample and an additional +2/+0, perfect for Invisible Stalker to grow a threat early game, but also grants Trample for those in need;
Additionaly it’s an hard card to get rid of unless discarded / countered, otherwise it will find its way back to your hand, ensuring it keeps a good board presence;
2x Sword of War and Peace, Ensures your Invisible Stalker both grows a powerful menace, but also gives you the benefit of having card advantage to give you life gain, which against certain type of decks is a very precious;
2x Farseek, allows for an extra mana ramp for you to dish out your main threats with ease;
2x Might of Oaks, to give your invisible stalker the winning conditions;
2x Mana Leak, to give you that control chance in dire situations, with power draw you should always be able to find at least one during your encounters;
1x Compulsive Research, an easy 3 card draw for 1 land, should only be used if you can ensure you discard an land card to take full advantage from it;
3x Gitaxian Probe, a 1 card draw for one mana / 2 life, every so often you’ll find yourself tapping for a draw early game to ensure you have enough threat early game.

Lands (21)

6x Forest, you have more green cards you want to have access to early game;
4x Island;
4x Breeding Pool, should only be used untapped in dire situations;
2x Misty Rainforest, to fetch Breeding pools for 1 life;
4x Hinterland Harbour;
1x Cathedral of War, to give Invisible Stalker (among others) the early +1/+1 advantage.

How to Play

Invisible Stalkers are the 4 cards the deck consists off, providing you with both a quick way to access damage, but also the Hexproof makes it for a very thought creature to beat, while taking full advantage of this, you should aim to take the quick benefits from exalted for some good start damage input white drawing for massive cards such as Sword of War and peace, Rancor, Wolfir, Might of Oaks among others.

I personally recommend anyone willing to give this deck a "roll" to always ensure to have a starting hand composed of a Invisible Stalker, lands and a Noble / Curiosity / Probe. The power draw early game is very recommended to keep Invisible Stalker the resources he needs.
Other than that, just have fun! (:
