True, I guess my point was that Modern can be enjoyable, but with people having a specific playstyle, most of the decks in the format just doesnt fit.

EDH is still technically a format to count as to how much fun is being had. Hell I am guilty of playing that more than any other format and i am continuing to build decks to support the format, both in a multiplexer and a competitive 1v1 environment. I guess i can see why it wouldnt count because it doesnt really follow many guidelines, you just get 99 cards and throw in a favorite general that can follow the colors and your golden. However, that is what makes it a little more fun, you can almost use whatever you want, any cards you liked back then can work again, and there is always something new that can go well together, compared to modern where you will generally see the same thing wherever you go. I just think there is more innovation and creativity in EDH than there is in Modern at the moment

Yeah i am not a huge fan when it comes to modern, you generally see the same pod, usa control or any kind of kiki jiki decks in modern. the only decks i have when it comes to modern is this one and Merfolk, because for some reason dropping your entire hand and slapping your opponent with fish still makes me a little happy inside

Probably one of the more fun decks to play with in Modern in my opinion :)

Seething song does sound like a better idea. I almost forgot about that card since I dont play with it (banned reasons)

I have palladium myr in here because it almost has similar value as the worn powerstone. If i have any mechanic that gives my creatures haste such as fervor or Need for Speed i can instantly get that 2 colorless mana. Its kind of like having a mana rock on the spot. Also I have most of the cheap artifact mana rocks out there when it comes to price ranges, nothing like mana crypt or chrome mox.

Hello! For commander, your deck has to be built around your Commander colors. Since Captain Sisay is your Commander, your colors have to be Green and White. Unfortunately, you can not have any other colors in your deck. so cards like Rith, the Awakener and Progenetus cannot be in the deck. This rule might also include lands as well, Misty Rainforest would be an example because you cannot search for an Island (I could be wrong on the ruling, but you never know)

For possible replacement cards, I recommend Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite. Seedborn Muse. Mirari's wake. Dosan the Falling Leaf. Thalia Guardian of Thraben. Azuza, Lost but Seeking. Sun Titan. Tooth and Nail. Genesis Wave. And if you really want to you can throw in Eldrazi (Except for Emrakul, he is banned in General in Commander).

These are only possible suggestions for Captain Sisay. To put them in the deck is entirely up to you!

She is only banned as a Commander, but she can be played as a creature in another deck. There are only 4 creatures that are banned as Commanders: Braids, Cabal Minion. Erayo, Soratami Ascendant. Kokusho, The Evening Star. And Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary.

Although the main Braids is banned as a Commander, I also made a legal Braids deck, also known as Blue Braids (Parallel Universe).

Ive been on the ropes with Utopia Sprawl. Its good in a way because whatever land I would look for on the first sac land would most likely be a forest type card, but it can easily get 2 for 1 by a strip mine or any kind of land destruction. It might be a change in the future, but I will note that card if i come to a decision :)

devotion might become a problem if you want your gods to go online and be chump blockers. then again you would just get killed by flyers anyway (stormbreath, the new chariot guy, etc)

I see, i almost fooled myself when I saw that rhys. I thought you couldnt have some of the splash black features since its a mono color, but its basically like building with Bosh or Memnarch. So the ruling is weird as shit
