Hilarious. That must be so frustrating for your opponents. :P

I'm a fan. The synergy with those new Gideon cards is just unreal. I made a similar deck to this one too and I can't wait for it to come in next week! I like your thinking!

If for some reason I ever meet you I am absolutely not playing against this deck. It's incredible! Until reading your description I had also overlooked stonehorn but with Venser that looks like a gigantic pain in the neck! I got to this deck by clicking on a comment of yours on another deck and I like the idea of a like for a like and a comment for a comment so:

Seriously though, this deck (though pricey) looks like if it isn't hit very hard very fast it's almost impossible to beat. I'm very impressed. This may be my favorite control deck I've ever looked at.

You know I'd always ignored Vault Skirge as I pulled numerous copies in various packs but now that you mention it I'm really wondering why. As for the Gideon thing that was always a plan for when I get more money. It's a pain for me to order things because I'm in Canada so shipping costs thirty bucks every order and I have a girlfriend hounding me about money. I plan on being sneaky and getting around to it soon though and you having the same idea only reinforces that idea. How many Spellskites or boots would you recommend? You seem to know your stuff! Thanks for the criticism!

The infect isn't for doing damage but rather for defense; particularly flying defense. I was studying the block constructed stuff from early June and every deck had inkmoth if for no reason other than to block other inkmoths. My prediction is that when Zendikar block rotates this will become a more common trend. I see what you mean and I have four Dread Statuarys sitting around but at least until I get to play test I want to keep inkmoth in. I appreciate the comment though.

I knew it was only a matter of time until these started popping up once I saw Griffin Rider. This looks very cool.

Koth would also work but either of these planeswalkers are only if you have the extra money.

It's really nice to see white artifacts that isn't tempered steel. I think this is the kind of thing we'll be seeing less and less of in the future. Doesn't seem to have much removal however other than the dispatch. Do you have an answer to the pesky tempered steel? Do you just hope to be quicker? Anyway I'm a big fan and not that I like to shamelessly sell myself but if you have time and knowledge I wouldn't mind if you could check out my M12 Gideon deck and see if you have any pointers for me. Thanks!

I'm new to the standard game but I really want to compete. Please comment because you likely know more than I do.

Are you allowed to have 20 cloudposts in there? I thought it had to say basic land to permit having over four.

I play multiplayer almost exclusively and there's nothing more fun than being the dick. Needless to say I'm suddenly considering putting together a deck along the same lines of this piece of work. How much did you spend on this?

What if your opponent has flying? Just going to hope you get aggro quick enough to cancel it out?

If you're basing it on one drops and you also want to pump up Ajani's Pridemate I suggest four Soul's Attendants. It's just like having eight Soul Wardens (you'd be surprised how fast that adds up, particularly in multiplayer or 2HG.) You can check out my lifegain deck if you click on my name. It works pretty well so whatever you ideas you can get off that would likely help you out. (You should know it was all pretty cheap too)
