I like the idea of using the citizens as sac for the Dread Return, but wouldn't you rather discard a fatty, then play Dread Return next turn. Then you could discard another fatty, then pay the flashback cost. That double the usage.

Cut you land count down to between 20-25. Put more copies in of your favourite creaturesl; you can have more than one. Also, Dark Depths is legendary and you can't have more than one out at a time, so cut it down to 2. PS: What's the most often way you win? Concentrate on that more.
Splashing black for all of 4 cards (Dark Confident) isn't enough. Put some kill in here. Deathmark in the sideboard against Loxodon Heirarch is good because if someone lays that down, you're done.
My eyes are burning! Is there any reason you play 100 cards? Try to keep it down to 60, then it'll be more consistent. Trust me. How often do you win with this deck?
Ouch, this is an expensive deck (s far as casting cost). I think you need cheaper creatures in the main deck. Why is the Stromgald Crusader in the sideboard.
Wildfire really should be in the main. Fourth turn Rumbling Slum followed by a wildfire means, you've got out a huge beater and your opponant has no lands. This is more or less a typical Gruul Beats deck.
Dude; you could play Spectral Force! It's an 8/8 Trampler! Even if it swings in once, it's a killer. You could work the Scryb Ranger in some how to untap the spectral force.
You should try Cyroclasm instead of Icefall. Icefall is just too expensive to recover. Would you rather play another creature or recover Icefall?
Take out the Acadamy ruins unless you plan to play with more Artifacts. Try Perilous Research to sac the Unstable Mutation before it kills a creature. Jester's Scepter is hectic fun and if you play it you can keep the Acadamy Ruins in to reoccur them.
So what happens when your opponant counters or remands one of your big spells. Or condemns any of your creatures. As a sidenote, have you ever tried sacrificing your Loxodon Heirarch, then use the Adarkar Angel to reanimate it gaining 4 more life per turn.
Counterspells kill this deck, as does Wrath of God. Cheers.
Here is tips for when you put quantity of cards in a deck. 1- Of Cards = A finisher or a combo piece you can use other cards to find with, i.e Transmute or Tutors. 2-Of Cards = A finisher you don't have a tutor for, usually an expensive card. Like Simic Sly Swallower 3-Of Cards = A card you want to draw in the game, but don't want to see in your opening hand. Like a spell that cost around 4. 4-Of Cards = Cards you want to see every game and in you're opening hand.IE: Llanowar Elves.
Okay, I'm going to assume you're not one of those tournement play to win spike types. Plz, don't take offence when I say that, not everyone is. Here are a few hints. Keep you deck art 60 cards. Try for 20 land max, but not more than 24. Focus on what you like, i.e Omnibian and stick with the theme. I don't think the 1-ofs are going to help. A few "?" from my side. Biomantic Mastery? It's probably the worst draw spell ever. Think Twice from Time Spiral or even Remand make better draw sp
