All Merfolk tribal deck. Sea's Claim + Spreading Seas + Acquitect's Will + Reef Shaman are multi purpose: give bit of draw/deckthining, allow isldandwalkers to have fun, and mess up with non-blue decks by attempting land color control. # of Stonybrook Banneret will fluctuate after play testing (maybe 2 stonybrook and 22 islands or 1-2 cards from Sideboard). If my merfolks are too vulnerable, I may switch out Stonybrooks for 4 Steely Resolve and get couple U/G double lands. Average Converted Mana Cost = 2.0 which sounds very promising and fast 78@Outpost
