Deck Description

It's magic!

Arc Runner + Distortion Strike + Fling = 12 damage
*with a Fire Servant and Where Ancients Tread out, it's 23 damage
*with Cast Through Time and Mimic Vat out, that 23 damage has rebound
*add an Assault Strobe to the mix and it's 18 and 29 damage a turn, respectively.

Scoria Elemental + Splinter Twin + Where Ancients Tread = 5 direct damage every turn
*with Fling and a Fire Servant out, it's 17 direct damage
*with Fling, Assault Strobe, a Fire Servant, and Distortion Strike, it's 28 direct damage

Also, Scoria Elemental is one of the worst cards ever printed, don't disgrace yourself by putting it into a deck.

Arc Runner + Distortion Strike (6), Fling x 2 w/Fire Servant (12), Where Ancients Tread (5) = (23)
Arc Runner, Distortion Strike, and Fling are all Instants/Sorceries, so everything in the combo gets rebound from Cast Through Time. Assuming you didn't lose your Fire Servant, everything is re-cast next turn for 23 more damage.

As for Scoria Elemental, I needed the cheapest 5 power creature I could think of, for WAT and the Splinter Twin combo. Sometimes strategies can utilize otherwise terrible cards.

I am kinda with MrBarrelRoll on this one. I just don't see this deck working out the way you want it. I mean the math you give may mostly work but it is conditional to so many different cards it will be like turn 8 or more before you can even do it and unless your opponent has done nothing you will be dead by then. Most cards have a high mana cost and you don't have many permanents that you would actually want to block with.

Also in your math above it won't work because Arc Runner is not an instant or sorcery so he will not come back into play next turn and you will have nothing to target with your distortion strike and fling.

You may be able to get some mana acceration in here to help it out like Pyretic Ritual or rite of flame.

Also I think that as jacobhix said, Kiln Fiend would go great in here and maybe even Wee Dragonauts or Gelectrode.

I also think that Mimic Vat could find a home in this deck and make your combos work a lot better.

also, I'd run kiln fiend and immolating souleater as my main beaters
