Prehaps add mana ramp/ mana security for your Stormtide card! Turning their lands into different lands, then walking right past them rules. I have a deck or two like this.

I've taken your advice by adding Ordeal of Nylea since it will fetch me some lands and has synergy with my +1/+1 effects. I've also added some Fathom Mages, which will provide a lot of card draw with evolve and proliferate. What do you think? Also, the mana ramp is somewhat improved.
