I like goblin decks a lot i think u should maybe drops the 2 fireballs and 2 accorder's shield and add 4 goblin bushwackers for sure, they are soo nasty! also drop 4 mountains for 4 kuldotha rebirth, this deck is very mana cheap and i think 20 would be fine for it. kuldotha rebirth will also speed up your Quest for the goblin lord.

Quest for the Goblin Lord is too slow. Cut it for 4 Rebirths, and maybe the 2 Fireballs for 2 Goblin Bushwhackers. If you don't want to go the Rebirth angle, there's always Warren Instigator and you can cut Shield and Ornithoper for more goblins (probably Ember Hauler and Spike Shot Elder).

definately wanna drop the memnites for bushwackers, and the accorder's shield for warren instigator. also think you could drop 4 mountains for kuldotha rebirths. i would aslo remove 4 mountains for teetering peaks. it comes into play tapped, but with the low mana cost you're running, that shouldn't be a problem. gotta get more goblins. if you're win con is triggering the quest, you need a lot more than 12 creatures to put a counter on it. this will give you the potential of 32 goblins.

oh oops, i seriously forgot the kuldotha rebirth? lol, i guess thats what happens when you post a deck from your phone xD. Also not dropping the memnites cause need for kuldotha rebirths, and ok i can drop the fireballs, also, did you see my idea about kuldotha rebirth allowing the thing to be activated on turn 2 in the description?

is my interpretation of the rules for the turn 2 complete quest for the goblin lord correct?

Nice. I was curious about the teetering peaks myself. Would you suggest them? What about Smoldering Spires? I would agree about quest. Too slow and you don't need it. Also, it's not often you can pull that first hand off. most of the time I win without even using a rebirth. Here is my gobbo deck. Take a look if you would like. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=162515

Oh yeah, and contested warzones help me out too.

the thing about my idea for quest is its done on turn 2. I have all goblins having +2/+0 on turn 2
i am unsure whether my logic of each of the goblins from kuldotha rebirth counting as a seperate goblin for he quest works. Does anyone know the answer? The contested warzones is a good idea though

Yes, each token from Rebirth will get counted by Quest, but to activate it that fast you need a very hard to come by opening hand of Mountain, Quest, 2 0 cmc Artifacts, and 2 Rebirth. That's way too hard of a hand to assure yourself, since 2 copies of one card in your opening hand is hard enough. Decks need to be able to stand on their own unless they contain a combo that just ends the game strait away. With out double Rebirth, a turn 1 Goblin Guide will do a hell of a lot more damage than a turn 1 Quest will enable you to get by the time it goes active.

for the record, this deck can still win even without the quest. If the quest isnt in opening hand it just plays like a standard goblin battlecry

I'd still drop the Quests for 2 more Bushwhackers and 2x Hero of OR

I wouldn't think heroes of OR would be able to really get out fast enough to do much good.... the idea with this deck is to win early enough that I don't think I would put a hero of OR in, and I guess i will drop 2 of the goblin quests, in order to add in 2 bushwhackers, but I have other decks that don't use quest, so that was the main point in making this deck
