This deck is built around the infinite combos with Juniper Order Ranger/ Melira, Sylvok Outcast and persist creatures with sacrifice engines.
COMBOS:Blasting Station + Melira, Sylvok Outcast + Kitchen Finks = Infinite damage and infinite life.Blasting Station + Melira, Sylvok Outcast + Woodfall Primus = Infinite damage and destroy all targetable noncreature permanents you want destroyed.Blasting Station + Melira, Sylvok Outcast + Safehold Elite = Infinite damage.Replace Blasting Station with Phyrexian Altar and same results but infinite mana instead of damage.Replace Melira, Sylvok Outcast with Juniper Order Ranger and same results but the ranger can become an infinite/infinite creature.Add an Fecundity and you can also draw as many cards as you want. You can also go ahead and play them if you are using Phyrexian Altar to combo.EXTRAS:Cauldron Haze allows you protection from destroy effects for your Juniper Order Ranger and Melira, Sylvok Outcast. It could also allow you an extra mana, damage, and/or card draw if you have parts of the combos out.Green Sun's Zenith allows you to search for any of the creatures you have in your library. Oran-Rief, the Vastwood allows you to return your persist creatures to the battlefield unscathed.

I'm not sure if you're familiar with Birthing Pod decks, but it's by far the most efficient way to go infinite with persist cards. Use Melira, a sac outlet (usually viscera seer), and either finks or murderous red cap. Birthing Pod allows you to basically tutor up the creatures you need which gives it an edge over most other modern decks.

Thanks, I'll take a look at them.
It's a fantastically brutal deck to play against. They literally board an answer to everything, and birthing pod allows them to tutor it right up.
