yes that is legal and even more beast when he has an adventuring gear on him and gets +8/+8! who doesnt want a creature that gets plus 8/8 for putting out your land?

you can get liege out first turn.. with the hand you stated. i dont think you quite understand how oracle works... it allows you to play 1 extra mana per turn FROM YOUR HAND, but it also makes you play with the top card of your library revealed. the third effect is that if that top card is a land(which is very likely in this deck) you may play it. playing that land doesnt not count as using oracles first ability. so if the top 5 cards are mana you could(theoretically) choose to play all 5 of them that turn.

my only advice for you nykid13 is to throw in atleast a few fetch lands so that once you get out oracle and your top card isn't a forest you can sac the land and search for a forest then shuffle library and maybe get a land on top again to fuel liege.

1 more lightning bolt for sure, not so many war zones if any +2 giude +2 instigator i think the lands you've chosen will kinda mess up the deck:p maybe try some fetch lands to thin it and make it easier to get the goblins you need

i like your idea with assault strobe and lackey which would make him more valuable than instigator by far instead of just a little... goblin matron is a good idea as well, the problem is is that i dont really have any empty slots they can filll and even if i dont have siege-gang in my hand i'll have other goblins i definitely want out..

i like them as well! its fun too attack with 3 0/1 signal pest and do 6 dmg that they can rarely block! its even better when you have sword of body and mind equipped to it:)

as far as mana goes i think you should -1 island -1 darkslick -2 swamp +4 drowned catacomb, you need next to know black mana in this deck. this helps you to get more blue and not lose all you black

i think i'm going to try those changes as well! i've been in far to many situations where i dont want to waste 2 red mana on wardriver becuase i have a bolt or something in my hand:-p

yea the changes have made an epic difference! i played my friend this morning and instead of killing him early on we decided to just play it out too see what would happen.... on the last turn i popped garruk, played 4 primal bellows on a 9/9 hydra(due to oran-rief) and 3 giant growths on him then double stampeded..... we calculated the total bonus damage without and of the creatures base dmg i.e. hydra's base damage is 8... and the total bonus damage was 4320 dmg! i killed him practically 432 times! lol
