I would maybe try making this blue/white and adding summon the school and stonybrook schoolmaster. That way you could get out more merfolk and be able to mill more with drowner of secrets. Also, I would definitely run 4 merrow commerce, that combined with drowner of secrets is having your opponent mill twice the merfolk you control each turn.

yeah i have an infinite merfolk deck with all those except the summon the school but i wanted this to be mono blue
