This deck kills the oponnent using @Phage the Untouchable. I'm planning to build this deck so please advice. Comments on cards: ------------ @Phage the Untouchable ------------ Its quite simple: If this creature damages a player, he loses the game. We use @Distortion Strike to make @Phage unblockable. Also, if you have @Endless Whispers on battlefield, you might instead choose to destroy your own @Phage so the opponent gains control of it, which makes him/her loose the game also as is stated in @Phage. ------------ @Ornithopter, @Shield Sphere and @Priest of Gix ------------ 11 creatures with 0 mana cost. use them to defend down opponent creature atacks and sacrifice them with @Culling the Weak to gain 3 mana. ------------ @Endless Whispers ------------ Every creature that dies and goes to graveyard goes to the opponent. This can only do good when this deck has so many creature destruction cards. This effect also makes @Phage go to your oponnent if it is destroyed. In this case your oponnent looses the game because @Phage's rule. ------------ @U/B lands ------------ We will black and blue mana in this deck. ------------ @Arcane Denial ------------ Counter target spell for 1U and makes me draw a card? I don't care if opponent is going to draw 2 more cards instead. This does the job and speeds up my game. ------------ @Dark Ritual ------------ A must have in many black decks. Helps us with casting heavy @Zeniths, early @Endless Whispers and @Phage. ------------ @Diabolic Edict, @Black Sun's Zenith ------------ Competent creature control. Helps to shut down dangerous opponent creatures. If you have @Endless Whispers then every creature you destroy goes to battlefield in your control! You might also choose to kill your own @Phage if you happend to have @Endeless Whispers in game so opponent looses the game by controlling @Phage without having played it from his/her hand. ------------ @Pact of Negation ------------ This is our ultimate counter spell for this deck. For 0 mana you can assure your @Phage + @Distortion Strike is going to hit the opponent by countering any treat. Who cares if you will die next turn? There wont be a next turn my friend. ------------ @Culling the Weak ------------ Remember those 0 mana creatures this deck has to defend from opponent creatures? Well, with @Culling the Weak they can generate 3 mana for you. @Culling the Weak can also be used to sacrifice a @Phage of your's when @Endless Whispers is in play, that causes your opponent to loose the game because he will have a phage but it was not played from his/her hand. Final considerations: - I'm not sure @Rain of Filth fits in this deck. - I think @Lightning Greaves fits this deck nicely. - This deck is supposed to win quite fast. Probably on turn 5-6 on average. Still have to tested that. - Only use your counter-spells on opponent stuff if strictly necessary. You will need them to protect your @Phage. - Please advice.
