Or people who for some reason hate Vampire decks. There is going to be tons of Vamp decks around this block, along with plenty of Kor, ally, and landfall decks, so hating them because they're popular isn't going to help.

For myself, I have always been a fan of black, nearly every deck I have ever had at least contained black, so now that they have a viable primary tribe, I will use it. LOR/SHD didn't have a black primary tribe, it was just a secondary color for the other tribes (minus Kithkin).

The Mistveil Plains is really only useful if you have tutor abilities to bring the cards back out of your library. Leechridden Swamp can be a little useful, but not really 4-of useful. Since the majority of your deck is built on Ravnica block, Godless Shrine is the W/B dual from Guildpact, or you can use Caves of Koilos (W/B pain land). Arcane Sanctum comes into play tapped, but it can generate both W and B, which gives it an advantage over Mistveil and Leechridden. So, if you're trying to go on the cheap or you don't care for pain, dump those two, add 2 each of Plains and Swamps, then 4-of Arcane Sanctum. It would still run light on the mana, but it should work more often than not, and a bit faster.

Great premise, but with more than half of your lands coming into play tapped, it will run very slow. Considering the general high cost of your deck, it may be tough to hang on long enough to really get it working.

Looks good in general. Might have some mana issues, especially for getting black. Mind Sludge in the sideboard isn't going to be very effective with the limited number of swamps. How has it been playtesting?

I was considering Instigator, but with Commander and Raging the only official goblins in the deck, I figured I wouldn't have high chances of having 2 goblins in hand for the drop. Might try it out sometime, though.

Boggart Shenanigans is no longer Standard legal, as of Friday. To make it legal now, I would drop Shenanigans and maybe add in 4x Goblin Bushwhacker to give the goblins a little more punch while waiting for the dragon. And maybe drop a couple mountains to add in Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle or Teetering Peaks.
